Abstract

Based on the analysis of the production experience of the enterprises of the “Svitanok” group and the current realities of 2026, the dynamics of the transformation of wooden frame construction from a niche product to a strategic direction of post-war recovery are investigated. Critical problems in the context of the circular economy are outlined: environmental friendliness of adhesives, barriers to recycling composites and the shortage of qualified personnel. The introduction of hybrid structural systems and the use of renewable local raw materials for biodegradable insulation are proposed. The conclusion is made about the need to deepen the study of the socio-ecological and economic efficiency of wood frame construction based on the assessment of its full life cycle through the prism of the principles of the circular economy.
