ORGANIZATIONAL-TECHNOLOGICAL AND ECO-ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF FORESTRY IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION AND MILITARY CHALLENGES

Abstract

Organizational-technological, environmental and economic aspects of the digital transformation of forestry in Ukraine in the conditions of military challenges and European integration processes are . The evolution of the implementation of digital tools in Ukraine is analyzed: from electronic timber accounting (ETA) to the formation of an integrated ecosystem based on GIS, ERP systems and artificial intelligence technologies. It is substantiated that the digital transformation of forestry contributes to the formation of an integrated management system based on the principles of transparency, data traceability and environmental sustainability. The environmental effects of digitalization have been identified, which are manifested in increasing the efficiency of monitoring forest ecosystems, promptly detecting degradation processes, assessing military losses and predicting environmental risks. It has been established that the economic results of digital transformation are associated with reducing costs, de-shadowing of the timber market and increasing the efficiency of forest resource management.
