Abstract

The study aims to define the essence and specific features of the ESG transformation of public administration, as well as its role as a driver for the circular economy and a tool for strengthening the economic security of the state. The paper explores the theoretical and applied aspects of ESG integration within public governance in the context of fostering a circular economy and ensuring national economic stability. It is substantiated that incorporating environmental, social, and governance principles into public policy enhances the resilience of socio-economic systems, minimizes risks, and secures long-term development. The research identifies key mechanisms for ESG implementation in the public sector and evaluates their impact on sustainable finance and economic security.
