Technological stages of processing post-consumer wood into high-quality blanks
Abstract
Подано структурований алгоритм технологічних етапів перероблення вживаної деревини у розмірно-придатні та якісні заготовки для столярних плит. Запропоновано систему сортування, очищення та розкрою ВЖД з урахуванням ступеня забруднення, розмірної придатності та особливостей матеріалу, а також обґрунтовано застосування голкофрезерного інструменту для ефективного поверхневого очищення. Результати дослідження демонструють можливість підвищення виходу якісних заготовок і раціоналізації виробничого процесу при використанні ВЖД як вторинної сировини.
